Shipping Charges:
We pride ourselves in the quick handling of your orders with most in-stock items shipping within 2 business days; however some orders may take up to 5-7 days to process. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

NOTE TO SEATTLE LOCALS: Feel free to contact us to avoid shipping costs. You are welcome to pick up your purchases at our Capitol Hill Showroom. Please email or call us to make arrangements.

La Rousse will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in-stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification.

Please note that delivery dates are not guaranteed in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of La Rousse (including, for example, interruptions of our transportation systems or the services provided by our carriers, your bank or credit card).

All US Continental shipping is FREE! La Rousse orders are shipped USPS- First Class/Priority Mail which takes up to 2 - 7 business days. Larger orders are shipped UPS-ground, which takes up-to 1 week.

At checkout, there is an option to ship UPS 2ND DAY or UPS NEXT DAY for an additional fee. Please feel free to contact us for special shipping requests. There is a flat $10 fee for shipping exchanges.

** We may use UPS for delivery, and therefore are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes.

International Orders:
La Rousse will ship anywhere in the world via USPS Priority Mail International (6-10 days). Shipping rates are determined by the order amount and ship-to address. We do not cover taxes or duty on international shipments which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country therefore we cannot predict what they will be. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

Sales Tax:
A Washington 9.50% sales tax will be automatically applied to all orders shipping in Washington State.

Refused Shipments:
If you decide to refuse any shipments from La Rousse, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to La Rousse. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

Return Policy:

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns. Acceptable returns are items that have not been worn, washed, damaged, or altered in any way. Merchandise must be in original condition. ALL TAGS MUST REMAIN ATTACHED. Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoe box in its original condition and without postal labels. Damages to or omission of this box from your return/exchange may result in a fee.

PLEASE NOTE sale items 40% off or more are FINAL SALE. This includes on sale or purchased with a discount code. Merchandise marked down 50% or greater must be considered “as is”. Although we try our hardest to keep all of our goods in perfect condition, there may be small flaws, stains, sewing errors, missing tags, etc.

Returns must be postmarked and prepaid within 14 days of receipt for domestic orders and 21 days for international orders.

It is suggested that you send your package insured and tracked as La Rousse is not responsible for missing items or packages.

Your approved return will not be processed until we have received your original order with the ORIGINAL INVOICE or the print-out of the original invoice from the confirmation email that you received.

Your original credit card used for purchase will be credited less shipping charges one week following the return approval.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Gift Certificates:
Gift certificates can only be redeemed by phone. Please call 206.240.6658, and we will process it and ship your selection just like any other online order.
